Investors get a first legal charge on the current property and plot of land.

The purchase price of the property is £385,000. £307,000 of the raise will be utilised towards the purchase of the property, as the borrower has invested £78,000 of their capital. The remaining balance will go towards the build costs. The monies raised will be drawn down upon submission of an independent monitoring surveyor report, confirming works have been completed.
