Definitions

Sourced Capital – Peer Funding Ltd trading as Sourced Capital

Referrer – an individual invited to the “Refer a Friend” programme by Sourced Capital

and who recommended Sourced Capital to the Referee.

Referee – a lender, either an individual or corporate entity, who registered and started investing

with Sourced Capital on the Referrer’s recommendation.

Reward – monetary incentive awarded to the Referrer upon fulfilling all the requirements outlined

below.

Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions of the Referral Programme.

Terms and conditions

1. This Referral Programme is available from the date the offer is publicly available on the Sourced Capital website (https://www.sourcedcapital.co/) until 31st December 2022.
2. Sourced Capital will pay the Referrer a Reward for making a successful referral to a Referee which invests on the Sourced Capital platform, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Referrer must have an active Sourced Capital account. The Referrer can be an individual or corporate investor.
4. All Referees must be new users, who have not been previously registered with Sourced Capital or involved as a lender in any way, including those who started the registration process but did not complete either the AML and KYC checks. The Referee can be an individual or corporate entity.
5. Each Referee must successfully pass the AML and KYC checks, have demonstrated appropriateness and have invested a minimum amount of £1,000 on the Sourced Capital platform.
6. The Referrer may refer an unlimited number of Referees and receive the Reward for each Referee fulfilling the preconditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
7. The Reward is paid only for the first investment made by each Referee, which must be invested within 6 months of their registration with Sourced Capital.
8. The Reward is calculated based on the Referee’s investment with Sourced Capital, as follows:

* – The Reward will not be payable for undeployed deposits on the Sourced Capital Platform.

* – The Reward will not be payable for investments made after 6 months of the Referee’s  registration with Sourced Capital.

9. The Rewards will be paid within the Referrer’s Sourced Capital account within their Cash Wallet, which is automatically created during the registration with Sourced Capital. The referrer is then able to withdraw funds to their external bank account. All pay outs are subject to the referrers account status and the account must be fully verified and unrestricted before funds can be transferred.
10. The Rewards will be paid within 30 days following the Referee’s investment being drawn by the borrower.
11. All paid Rewards are subject to tax and it is the responsibility of the Referrer to ensure that these are treated according to the taxation laws they are subject to.
12. Referrers are not allowed to refer themselves or manipulate the Referral Programme in any way other than its intended use. In the eventuality that Sourced Capital detects such breach of terms, the accounts associated with the Referrer and Referee will be suspended from any rewards related to the Referral Programme.

Sourced Capital reserves the right to close any such suspended accounts and block further activity on the platform. If this situation takes place, any invested money will be returned to the user’s balance as each project comes to completion, where the user will be allowed to withdraw the money at their convenience.

13. The Referral Programme rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions offered by Sourced Capital.
14. Sourced Capital reserves the right to amend, withdraw or extend any or all elements of this promotion at any time by giving notice by email to all Sourced Capital users. This will not affect the eligibility for a Reward in respect of any investment successfully completed by a Referee before the change takes effect.
15. The referrer must have permissions from the referee to provide their details to Sourced Capital.
16. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
